First of all, I think the title doesn't really say much about the content found inside - which hits on many important topics for empaths.The book is a collection of articles, each one deserving attention, time and thought. Each one seeks to answer questions, questions that we deal with on our spiritual journeys...Questions like: how to separate perception from every day life, how to manifest our dreams, why relationships are so hard sometimes.
These are old questions, timeless questions, and very important for us to think about. The author uses a scientific framework and talks in a way that makes sense.
This book is deceptively short. The information and ideas are compacted; there is no fluff or tangent comments. It might not be for everyone, but for the right person, it could provide tons of insight.

Quite interesting
I loved this book. I am new to the concepts of being an empath. I have read some other books that left me feeling empty but this one made more since to me. It also opened up my eyes to other possibilities that might exist. I now feel as if I'm head on the right path and I am very excited about my new journey
I found this book helpful and easy to read. I've been an empath all my life but couldn't put a name on it until now and I'm 40. I struggled hard with my abilities but knew I had them because abilities ran in the family. Thank you for the book and it's help!

In this book, I found it extremely beneficial the way the author explains being an empath by using a semi scientific theory or visualization of empathic aspects. For me this is a new and different way of comprehending concepts that are abstract to begin with, thus giving me better means of consideration.
Sandra Martinez "feels" like a kindred spirit of mine. In this book she passes on lessons she learned through experience and from Empath Zone members. I recommend it to anyone who has been told they are too sensitive or think too much.
